Alicia Kozlowski, stage name Shay Maria, was born on April 30, 1990 in Southern California. She was trained in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, and lyrical at the Orange County High School of the Performing Arts.

Since graduating, which was only a couple of years ago, she's been cast in music videos by artists like Snoop Dogg, T.J. Gibson, Jay Sean, Sean Paul, and Hilary Duff. And those gigs led the way to a modeling career that has helped her climb the fame ladder. She has appeared in ads for Hot Topic, Primitive Shoes, and Purrfect Angelz.

The ad for Primitive Shoes spawned a behind the scenes video at YouTube that has been viewed 89,255 times so far. She's also been featured in TV ads for Nike, Neutrogena's SkinID, and Spike TV. With her 20th birthday on the horizon, Kozlowski has various high-profile jobs lined up. She's on the verge of crossing over from Internet sensation to mainstream celebrity.
